Juice!

Well, we didn't quite go through with doing the juice fast... yet!  We definitely plan on doing it, but we wanted to prep our bodies a little before doing it.

We have started incorporating juice into our diet, 2-3 a day, and eating mostly unprocessed foods, lots of fruits and veggies and drinking lots of water.  Instead of sweets, I actually look forward to a fruit juice instead!

So far I've been feeling really good!  In the first week, I feel like my skin is looking better, my energy levels are increasing, and I've lost 3 lbs.  Woo hoo! (Jon has lost 6 lbs!  way to go babe!)

The new start is going great and I'm excited to keep it up!
